I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and the location was wonderful. My suggestion to make the place more pleasing is paint the outside and add a few umbrellas in the pool area. Those items have not changed in at least 10+ years. The check in and out person was extremely rude. I have been use to a much more friendly staff in the past.

It was our first time staying @ DBC but it won’t be our last. Everything was clean. We stayed on the third floor and it was quiet with the exception of the person below us yelling occasionally. The view can’t be beat. The pool and chair set up was great.
