EXCELLENT VIEWS!!! This condo was very clean. It is exactly like the details posted, and exactly as pictures show. Communication was excellent as well. The balcony views are even more gorgeous in person! This condo is on the 12th floor and an end unit. It was perfect!! Beach access is very easy and has only a few stairs. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to stay at Breaker East. It was the perfect spot on the 12th floor, corner condo, and right on the brach with its own pricate access to the beach. It has a nice size pool as well. It's located close to so many attractions, restaurants, shopping centers and a premium outlet mall. You will not have a problem finding something to do. The staff is very accomodating and responsive to your emails. The condo is very nice and big with awesome views if the ocean. We will definitely go back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront property! The balcony views were absolutely stunning, and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The entire place was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Check-in was seamless and easy, and the listing was 100% accurate. We especially loved the pool and direct access to the beach. Very clean condo with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Condo has a nice pool. Rental chair access was convenient & great customer service. Vrbo host was very courteous, prompt & received rental information timely. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing! The location was great and the beach was not overcrowded. We will definitely book again!

We loved the looks of the condo and enjoyed our stay while we were there. The only thing was trying to get out onto the main road. The traffic was terrible and it was hard to make a U-turn to get back in; but other than that very was wonderful!

My family and I stayed here for spring break and it was absolutely amazing. The views from the balcony is breathtaking. You can sit and watch the dolphins all day long. You can also see the sunrise from the kitchen window. The condo was clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent. I also like that they have a private parking spot in the building.
