Three couples stayed for a beautiful beach wedding and the location was just perfect to the Hyatt and the beach.

We had a fabulous stay. The unit had everything it advertised. The vib was calm and peaceful. Everything we needed was there Parasaling, restaurant's and the beach all in walking distance.

Wonderful stay in Dewey. Great view, great location, nice accommodations. The owner/manager was very responsive to questions. I would happily book this condo again.

4th straight year coming down to Dewey and 2nd straight year staying at this place. Everything was outstanding. Always love sitting on the screened in porch watching the bay. Shorts walks to restaurants and the ocean you can’t beat. Staying here for a 3rd straight year next year. Love it

We rented this place for myself, son & friends. We liked the private beach & being on the bay away from the ocean. Inside is old & outdated. But this was a total set up to take our money & kick us out days in w/no warning. I was there & saw nothing out of the ordinary. Sat/Sun/Mon - no notice of a prob. No text, call, or VRBO message. Suddenly Tues she claims there's multiple complaints and we had to leave. She was completely unreasonable, exaggerating claims like you climbed over a fence to use the grill. No one climbed anything. Gate was open & any normal person would think the grill is for the whole complex. She screamed at me about no open flames (I took to mean candles inside) bc we did a small bonfire on the private beach & didn't realize a permit was needed. She arrived when I was upstairs in the property and proceeded to interrogate & record my son and his friends without consent. Unacceptable. She yelled at me accusing me of fraud for listing 6 adults. VRBO doesn't have a selection for age range, 18 is an adult and I had 6 18. I have email confirmation she was okay with me & the teens.Two issues I accept, leaving trash on the beach and the guys going on the roof to watch sunset. If I'd been made aware of the first complaint it would have been handled. She's unhinged. Don't kid yourself on her family description. 1) Dewey is a party town. 2) The bar a few blocks away blared music all weekend & young guys in another unit played loud music everyone could hear.

We had a great long beach weekend - location was perfect right in the center of town. Lisa was responsive and check in was a breeze

This was a great place to stay in Dewey Beach. The screened in porch overlooking the bay was beautiful and comfortable. It was conveniently located and had two included parking spots. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay for our first time in the Dewey Rehoboth areea. The location was amazing with a beautiful screened in top floor deck to watch sun set over Rehoboth Bay. The condo bad plenty of space, modern kitchen. The location to area attractions is perfect. Thanks for the host for a memorable weekend

This is our 3rd stay and hope to come back again. As noted, its a great location and close to restaurants and beaches. I also agree with the comment There are a lot of steps, but with that comes a great view. This is not for mobility-limited folks. We were also out there last time during snow and cold, and the owner made sure there was sand, ice-melt, and brooms. I would love to be out there when it was warm enough to use the porch and beach, but even without those amenities, this has been a great place to stay

We enjoyed paddle boarding launching directly from the beach. The outdoor patio was where we spent most of our time with its beautiful views. Very comfortable beds and great amenities. 3 stars for cleanliness as it looked as if it was was not vacuumed or dusted very thoroughly. We didn’t report it as it was something we could live with.

The place was great. Right on the water with a screened porch to watch the beautiful sunsets. It is small as it’s a unit within a larger building. It’s on the second floor so lots of stairs to get to the unit. Then inside to get to the master bedroom there is a spiral staircase.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the house. The screened in porch was great to sit in and listen to the water, play cards or read books.

Clean and surf-chic decor, very comfortable bed, INCREDIBLE sunsets, easy walk to the beach - in short, the perfect beach house. We are definitely coming back!

This property is immaculate. The sunsets are incredible from the screened in porch master bedroom or on the semi private beach . I truly had an amazing stay . We were also lucky enough to spot a humpback whale right off the beach ! We will definitely be back !

Our family of six, including grandparents and kids age 6 & 8, LOVED this place! The home is near everything in Dewey (walkable) and is furnished nicely. The beds were comfy. The screened porch was perfect. There are a lot of steps, but with that comes a great view. My kids enjoyed playing on the beach and splashing in the bay.

This well equipped and spacious condo with screened in deck has excellent views of the bay and sunset. It is located on the bay with a quick walk to restaurants and shops. The property owner was prompt in reply if we had any questions. Our family had a ball and would highly recommend this lovely vacation home.

We were very happy with our stay! The place was as described and in a great location. We only wish we had been more aware of the stair situation, both inside and outside the unit (although that may have been us not reading all the details entirely). Overall, fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at this amazing home. Kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and we all enjoyed paddle boarding in the bay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Lisa was a great host and extremely responsive. The place was just as described. We loved sitting in the screened in porch and enjoying sunsets over the bay!

Beautiful view of Bay. This is a unit, in a 8 unit complex. Must walk up many stairs to enter. Screened in porch only, no outside deck access. But Screened in porch was actually perfect for keeping away bugs during meals and for some shade. Beautiful view of Bay. Owner was responsive when I reached out with questions.
