Location was amazing, just steps from the private beach. The pools were very clear and clean. We also had great parking for both cars.

This place was a beautiful condo. The location was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend.

wonderful location, great place, it was roomy and huge deck. There is a very slim view of the Gulf but it is very small and so i would not say it has gulf views. I washed the floor many times because walking around in white socks - turn black- so i washed floor a few times, still very sticky. We had a kitchen faucet that wiggled a lot and maintenance came right away and fixed it. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with everything needed. Absolutely are returning and signed up for next Jan and Feb in different unit. Lovely place ! Sand Piper is the jam.

Clean, spacious, and beautiful views! This place has it all. If you want a place within feet from a private beach this is for you! The showers had great water pressure, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils and the location was perfect! I would definitely stay there again.

The property was wonderful, wish that it had direct view of ocean but that it was so close was great. The only issue is that we had two dogs and was only told last minute that one was aloud. This should be made more clear when booking property.

*Great location and view!! *A Pillow had what appeared to be blood stains under the pillow case. *Sliding glass door didn't lock (R). Keeping in mind this is on the first floor. *Master bedroom doors to the outside would not open, as they were jammed shut. *If you're a smoker do not stay here. The owner will not let you sit on the back porch and smoke. The extremely rude and all caps guidelines basically force you to go out to the parking lot to smoke. *Shower curtain was molded at the bottom. *Living room floor rug was stained and nasty. *Refrigerator smelled like bad fish and we had to purchase baking soda to help. *The twin bed in the guest room was leaning so badly that we couldn't use it and had to sleep on the sofa. *Patio had beach toys all over and not in one location. *The coffee maker cannister still had coffee in it from previous guests. Other than the view and location I would highly suggest looking into a different place or at minimum confirm these items have been addressed. We've stayed in Destin more than 15 times, several times at Sandpiper Cove, but this unit was the only unit we've had any issues with. I've never written a negative review in my life, as most items at places are average or better. I had no choice, because I don't want others to have to settle for this place when looking to stay somewhere. I hope the owners take this seriously, as I think they are selling a subpar product and once we are there, we are stuck with the place. SandPiper Cove

We really enjoyed our stay at sandpiper cove until we found a roach in our bed. We had already saw two other roaches before this. One down at the pool, and another in the living room. The twin bed was also broken during the time we were there. Another down fall was that there were no exceptions to an early check in, we have two little ones and choose to drive during the night so that it’s easier on them. Other places that we have stayed understood this and made an effort to get house keeping in quick and most of the time we are able to check in by 12. This unit didn’t even try to make accommodations it was an absolute no check in until 4. We did contact the owner once we found the roach in our bed and unfortunately they didn’t even apologize for it but did say they would get HOA in after our stay. It was upsetting that they did nothing to try to make us feeling better about the roach or even show us any empathy. They did get the bed fixed as soon as we told them about it though. A plus to this unit was that the beach was right outside our back deck. I wish I could give this place a higher rating but the lack of the empathy the owner had was really disappointing and I have trouble overlooking that.

We stayed Saturday to Saturday. The unit is located in a gated, private area on the first floor. The interior was very nice the listing photos are accurate. The master offers a view towards the beach, comfortable bed, plenty of closet space & a huge makeup vanity. The second bedroom has 2 beds. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals with 6 chair dining table. The living room has plenty of seating, a large tv, and a fold out sofa bed. The deck offers a large table & chair set with a view of the ocean, great place for relaxing, reading, or your morning coffee. We chose this location because it’s close to the beach, harbor, fun family activities, restaurants, as well as grocery & outlet shopping. We were so happy to find a pet friendly condo, our dog Mack enjoyed himself as well. (FYI… due to county ordinances you cannot take dogs onto the beach) However there is plenty of room to walk your dog, clean-up bag stations & trash cans are provided. The complex offers 3 beach entrances, chair & umbrella service (one set was provided by the host during our stay) and a food & adult beverage bar at the main beach entrance. Our host was very friendly & fast with replies. We would definitely recommend staying here. Destin offers beautiful beaches & clear water.

We loved the convenience of having the beach onsite and it being pet-friendly!
