Stayed Jun 12, 2026The host was great, very responsive and helpful. The location was great. The internet did not work and the living room door gets stuck so be careful if you go out and close the door. The cleaning crew needs to do better and pay attention to detail. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall stay was great!

Stayed May 2, 2026Very nice and convenient location. Plenty of free parking even for our Ford F-150. There were 2 couples and we had ample room. The description of the property was very accurate. Not a complaint, but be aware there is not really a place that 4 people could easily sit out on a porch and have dinner. We are outdoor people and missed having a balcony that could accommodate all of us. The washer and dryer are not in unit and cost 1 dollar or wash and 1 dollar to dry. Sadly the washer on our floor was broken, but able to use the one a floor below. Overall highly recommend this place.

Stayed Feb 12, 2026Our only issue was the motion lights in the hallway and the kitchen. The lights would disturb the person sleeping on the couch and anyone who left their bedroom door open. The thermostat also changes the temp at random time up to 74 degrees so we had to keep turning it down. We enjoyed the location and how quiet the building was most days.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025Our host was excellent!! He was so helpful to this bunch of retired teachers!! This was a Fall trip to shop so the rooms were convenient to our needs. The water view was a moat that might or might not have alligators. We had hopes of looking over a lake or larger water.We had a blast so all good. The porch doors were not locked and we couldn’t get them to lock while there.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025Nice beach accessories, nice furnishings, bed was very comfortable, air distribution was not the best, back bedrooms got a little warm- put a fan in the hall to blow cooler air back and it helped.Kitchen was well appointed. Entrance gate was finicky, but other key pads worked well. We enjoyed our stay
