We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and we were able to communicate quickly with the property manager. He was great! Loved the property, the only thing that would have been helpful to know ahead of time was that it was on the third floor with only stair access. Two people in our party had difficulty navigating the three flights of stairs due to age or knee injury. If you don't have any issues with stairs this is a great stay right on the lake with a beautiful view.

My brothers, my dad and I come to Lake of the Ozarks every year to spend a week fishing; out of the last 10 years we've stayed at the Ledges 8 times. This was a new condo for us as our normal condo was sold to a new owner who doesn't do rentals. This condo has a great view and the owner was easy to work with. He brought over a new lock for the front door when the current one wasn't working. He brought additional keys to us the next day; very thoughtful. My father turned 82 and the rest of us in our late 50's and early 60's definitely got a workout climbing the stairs and taking the hike to the dock where our boat was located. Once in the condo, everything worked as expected and we really enjoyed the view of the main channel as well as all of the things we needed. No real complaints as we all needed the exercise anyway!

Very short stay but Condo was a great place. Nice view off the deck. Easy in, easy out. Close to what we wanted to do.

Excellent place to stay. Check in was easy. Property is well kept. 2 pools and private beach are excellent for children.
