Freshly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo filled with naturallight and 10’ ceilings that sleeps up to 6 people with the Joybird sleeper sofa! All bedrooms have a 55” Roku TV, a dresser with plenty of additional closet space and full length mirrors. Bathrooms are equipped with plush linens, a hairdryer, craft handmade bar soap and Beekman 1802 shower soaps. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials (pots and pans, dishes, Keurig with coffee/tea, toaster, salt/pepper) including a microwave, oven and dishwasher.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide all of the essentials including dishwasher pods and laundry pods.

We are located at an intersection with Vanderbilt University Medical Center down the street which does account for some street noise. Part of the charm of being in a big city so close to downtown!

**Please note you will need to climb a set of stairs to get to this condo. There is no elevator.

Laundry and dish detergent provided.
