We have a Membership Access as a club owner to the clubs large lap pool, kiddie pool, diving pool, indoor pool, basketball court, pickle ball courts, ping pong, shuffle board, oversize chess, and additional two homeowner pools and hot tubs. This is the only 3 bedroom condo that has been completely rebuilt, remodeled and refurbished with lofted ceilings and more . The Monterrey Condo is the the nicest and largest of the 3 bedroom units (there is a big difference in sizes of 3 bedroom units!!!

Stayed Mar 8, 2023For Las Palmas, this is a spacious 3 bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and property manager was responsive. We had several issues with older appliances, but nothing that kept us from having fun. Condo has some aspects that are dated from a decor point of view. We would stay there again as we like the location and amenities. They had some personal items in the condo, but the cozy homemade quilts were a plus!!
