3 Bedroom Condo with a Beach View in Gulf Shores, AL

*To the West of Regatta there is a lot where two, two story homes will be built. One house is underway and does not impact the beach view. As of April- the second home has not been started as yet*

Welcome to the heart of Gulf Shores! This unit is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and fun! Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open living/dining area. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a king bed. In theguest bedroom you'll find a queen bed and across the hall is a second bathroom. Upstairs features a great place for kids, teens or extra guests to stay. There you'll find 2 twin bunks (4 twin beds total) and a full bathroom with tile shower. The bathroom has lots of space, a vanity with a light up mirror and comfy chair for sitting.

The deck offers great Westerly views where you can enjoy the mornings in shade and have the perfect seat for an amazing Gulf Coast sunset.

Also, please be mindful of our Leave Nothing But Footprints program. The island is our home, its white sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico- our livelihood. Join us in continuing sustainable travel practices and protecting the beaches, marine life and wildlife by removing beach gear no later than one hour after sunset each day. Pet Friendly- 2 pets max- $75 pet fee per pet. (non-refundable)

2 cars are the max allowed for all reservations. Parking Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. It is the guest's responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Kitchen includes- A starter set of trash bags (2), dish soap, dish detergent (1 use), laundry detergent (1 use), paper towels (1 roll)

Don't forget to bring:
While we provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Enjoy the view from the deck in large and oversized chairs along with the umbrella that is provided.
