Great location and great amenities.

Clean rooms and lots of extras. Patio was perfect for a handful of friends to sit together. Couldn't figure out the TV remotes situation (lots of TVs throughout the home) and didn't mind at all. Very relaxing and comfortable.

It was a fantastic weekend at the lake. The property looks exactly like the pictures and the host was attentive and responsive. We would book here again in the future!

We love to stay at the Clearwater Condos when we visit our daughter and her family who live nearby. This is the biggest, most spacious condo we have stayed in. We enjoyed having the girls there because it felt very much like home and the kitchen was bigger than any others we have rented. The condo was clean and well furnished. We originally chose it because my husband had recently broken his ankle and had surgery and this was the easiest level at access. We definitely will try to stay in this unit from now on as it’s our new favorite and we love the quiet location a friendly atmosphere of Clearwater over the other condos in the area.

This condo was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the porch and fireplace! My only complaints would be the couch and loveseat are very dated and uncomfortable. The location is on the south side of Lake of the Ozarks so we ended up driving a good distance for all the activities. I chose this condo for the view but the view was pretty obstructed by the many docks. I was first told there was a heated pool open until 11/1 but after I booked found out the pools were closed for the season which was a bummer!

This is is a fabulous Condo with tons of extras! I have rented lots of places thru VRBO but very few have had the extras this offered. We took our boat and enjoyed the lake everyday we stayed. This Condo is located on the 2nd level and very easy to access. Thanks Jeff, we will be back!

First let me say the listing is accurate! The Condo EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! Perfectly seamless process from start to finish. Our stay was for three days. The owner communicated well. The property as well as the Condo was spotless. It is well stocked with everything you needed including games. I left a new deck of Gateway Arch Playing Cards to add. There was a beautiful view of the lake. Sitting out on the deck was perfect. We saw lots of turtles. We highly recommend and will return.

This is our second stay in this condo, and we'd love to come back again. The condo is very clean and stocked with everything you'd need. The view from the deck is wonderful, and it is so relaxing to sit out there. We brought a boat and the boat slip was great. Trailer parking was easy to find and worked out well. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and the play area. The owner is fantastic to work with. We have had no issues with anything during our visits. Many great memories were made during our stays. We look forward to returning again.

Just needed a couple nights for a work conference at Old Kinderhook. Just down the way and the condo was perfect for our stay!
