3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with spacious interior and a gorgeous view!

Very nice and up to date apartment. Very clean and well stocked with every day essential. Plenty of room for our family and friends. Excellent location and good parking. Nice addition have a storage room in the parking area. My family and I were very happy with our stay, and would definitely recommend.

The property is nice and well maintained. Easy beach access. The condo was very nice, clean and offered everything that we needed as listed. The pool was nice, although the the hot tub was not open for use and we were told by staff that it’s open in the winter. Not sure why, and was disappointing. Not much staff around to ask questions and if you did find someone they evidently were only there to clean, test the pool water or maintenance. It would have been nice to have a restroom nearby the pool. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

The condo was dirty and had an awful smell. We found a pair of underwear in one of our beds - which makes you question whether they changed the beds before you got there. The floor had sand and crumbs when we first entered so they apparently didn’t scrub after they say they vacuumed or swepted. We found a spoon in the garbage disposal which wasn’t allowing the food to be disposed of properly and was causing an odor. The master toilet wouldn’t flush, we had to fix it. The master sink had water and sand left in it. Dishes were put away dirty!!! The balcony was filthy - looks like they haven’t swepted it since they built it, the chairs were filthy, the walls were filthy, the lights were filthy. You could contact property management but only when they were in the office - they said they would come and fix the problems but all of our belongings were in there which meant we would have to be present when they came - who wants to hang around on their vacation to have problems fixed that should have been taken care of before we arrived!!!

One poolnwas out of service, 2 hot tubs were out of service and our AC didn't work for a day

We made memories!! Clean condo - trash dump was always backed up - not a fault of condo unit. Super close walk to beach. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sandbridge Retreat was such a treat! This unit and condominium were perfect for my family. My two younger kids loved the bunk beds, and my teenage son loved the gym. This condominium is right on the beach which made everything so much easier. There were 3 pools, and the cabana bar a Mexican restaurant being right there was so convenient. The unit was clean, and the management company was very attentive. The check in procedure was smooth and Ocean Sands communication and professionalism was great. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
