The open and airy living area offers plenty of space for family gatherings, featuring two full-size sofas, a club chair, a large ottoman, and a lounge chair—room for everyone! The TV in the great room provides easy viewing from both the kitchen and the dining area.

With three bedrooms, everyone can enjoy comfortable surroundings and privacy. The main suite features a cozy bed and cable TV for catching up on world events. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable bed and a walk-in closet for added convenience. Our third bedroom is ideal for both children and adults, equipped with two comfy twin beds.

Step out onto the balcony for stunning ocean views and breathtaking Back Bay sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee, savor an after-dinner cocktail, or unwind with a good book as the gentle breezes flow around you. The upscale kitchen boasts GE Monogram appliances, granite countertops, and tile floors, making it easy to prepare festive family meals.

The open floor plan from the kitchen to the great room allows everyone to be included. An extra-large dining table with eight chairs provides plenty of room for family and friends—feel free to prepare a gourmet meal! Both spacious bathrooms feature granite and tile finishes. You’ll also find a full-size washer/dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, so there’s no need to overpack.

The garage storage unit is available for all your beach supplies during your stay. Enjoy convenient unlimited local calling and free WiFi.

Your stay includes access to condo amenities at no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

    Staying for over 2 weeks for work. There was nonstop beeping from the lobby of building A. I reported this to Vacasa 4 times. They took no responsibility and said it was a building manager responsibility, not theirs. The unit I stayed in wasn’t very clean overall. But there was a very bright exterior light just outside the condo and a gap between the exterior door and frame. This meant that thousands, literally, thousands of dead bugs were present both inside and outside of the condo. I reported it multiple times. I asked for a refund. None was given. Rental company did eventually send a cleaner to address the Dead bugs, but they just recurred again the following day. Gross.

    When we arrived Saturday afternoon,the apartment was not cleaned, none of the beds were made, floor was not vacuumed full of sand, toilets not clean with stains of stolen urine on the toilet seats and Pans. From Saturday to Monday it took two days to even talk to a live person to report the concerns. After that Ashley from the office of Vacasa was very helpful made two trips to make sure that the apartment was cleaned, provided linen and refunded two days of rent to make the rest of the five days of our stay Tolerable. A big thank you to her personally but overall the experience was not the greatest.

    This unit could definitely use some TLC and updating: the carpet is definitely worn and needs replacing; the couch has seen better days; the beds are not comfortable; the pots and pans are very old; the furniture on the deck is dirty and old. I would say that this unit is equivalent to a 3 star hotel (Hampton inn). The unit does come with access to a storage unit which was very helpful for storing beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items.
