This 2nd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath unit which wonderfully decorated in great neutral colors. In the living room it has a comfortable couch with a big 51' television. The bedroom has white lacquer furniture with another tv in the Master Bedroom. Upgraded Master Bathroom now has been opened up with a walk in shower and 2 sinks!!!! It has a new plush, very comfortable balcony furniture. The new kitchen has granite countertops, light wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances! The complex has a large oceanside pool, security gate and parking for 2 vehicles. Free, wireless internet is available in this unit. This unit could be your new home away from home!

    We stayed in June 2022 and the unit was in dire need of updating and cleaning. Carpets were disgusting in both bedrooms. The air vents were filthy and the walls and ceiling near them were so laden with dirt leaving stains and chunks of dust hanging from the ceiling. My husband and kids were sneezing the entire trip due to the air quality in the unit. Curtain rods, windows, the ceiling fan, all terribly dusty. The dirty walls and ceiling are screaming for fresh paint. A glass door or central light would help brighten up the dark unit. My parents stayed in a diff unit within the same complex and it was beautiful and fresh. Our concerns were received and acknowledged in a timely and polite manner, so that was good. We had a crew come back a do a deep clean which helped a little, but the chronic filth remained. Be aware this unit is a small step up from camping.

    Our stay was very relaxing. Amelia Island is not at all crowded in March. Lots of nice restaurants and places to go - historical as well as shopping.

    The property is in dire need of upgrades. Mildew and rust rule. The air is musty. The carpeting is filthy. The walls are scuffed and extremely soiled. The furnishings are ancient and sagging. The guest bath ceiling and the lanai were in incredibly bad shape and there was literally a hole in the floor of the living area. Our weekend getaway was ruined. We could hardly wait to leave. I would suggest you avoid this property until it is refreshed. Although the beach and ocean provide a beautiful view, there are just too many things wrong that offset that natural grandeur.

    This beachfront condo served our purpose well for attending an annual automotive event on Amelia Island. It was only 2 miles door to door to the event so that was very convenient. Overall, the condo was nice and had a great view of the ocean. It could use some updating and cleanup, but we have no major complaints for this older facility. The communication for check in with the on-site staff was very nice. They were helpful and pleasant to work with for check in and checkout procedures.

    We had a great time!! Easy access to pool and beach!! I think the floors, carpet and walls need a good cleaning. Need to make sure guest know about coffee maker ( not k-cup) and chairs for beach are available. Did not seem we had enough towels, I had to keep them washed up. Just a few minor complaints but other than that we enjoyed ourselves. I hope to go back next year!!♥️

    Condo needs updating. 2 Nd bedroom needs better mattresses, they were like couch mattresses, 2 Nd bathroom needs gutting and remodeled. Struggled to get hot water in shower n sink.

    This condo needs some work. The guest beds was very hard and uncomfortable, there was a dirty bowl in the guest bedroom, my wife swept up a pile of sand in the kitchen, the light in the guest bathroom shower was falling out of the ceiling and didn't work, the master bathroom vanity lights didn't work, the smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag and the balcony chairs needs to be replaced as two of them was in very bad shape. The building as a whole needs alot of maintenance done.
