Stayed May 25, 2025Overall the property and hosts were great. The small dislikes we had were the smell (there was a persistent odor the entire time we were there despite our efforts to mitigate it), the floor had been swept but not washed (despite taking our shoes off at the door, our socks were filthy) and the sliding door blinds (many were broken).

Stayed Mar 17, 2025We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Minor cleanliness issues that the host took care of immediately. Very communicative and responsive. Condo is nice and plenty of space. Loved that the pool was open and warm despite 50 degree highs.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Stayed for one night with family after visiting Arches National Park and it was nice to each have our own room. Clean, well maintained condo on 3rd floor. Management was very attentive.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We really enjoyed our stay. It worked out perfect allowing our family of four to have our own spaces. It was nice and close to UTV’s, Arches, and Golf course. Pool and hot tub were nice. Only negatives were loading/unloading from top floor (which I knew going in) and valeted ceilings were pretty but loud with wood floors and loud AC unit.
