The Landing is located approximately 3.5 miles West from Hwy 59 (intersection of the Hangout.) If you are looking for a relaxing place, this is it. The beaches here are an ideal place to 'get away from it all.' The condo complex is across the street from the beach, and situated between the ocean and lagoon. You'll have the best of both worlds here. The water is always calmer on the lagoon side and a fun place for the younger children.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Needs a deep cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Spacious and near beach. Pool was clean and quiet. You are required to put dishes away after cleaning, which we had to wash several items before use, so hpuse keeper should be responsible so that kitchen stays cleaner. Need lightbulbs in bathroom. Otherwise quiet and suitable. We enjoyed the trip overall.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We were there for a baseball tournament so a fancy complex/pool didn’t matter. This unit was perfect. Loved the cathedral ceiling. Loved that we were in a quiet area of town. The flooring was updated and provided a modern feel. The decor and accommodations were current and inviting. Host was very responsive. The beach was across the street and the white sand beaches were breathtaking. Only negatives were the 2 flights of stairs and the complex could use an updated paint job.
