The unit was pleasantly decorated in a fun beach theme. Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of towels available. We especially enjoyed the beach access and were blessed to witness some beautiful sunrises.

It was better than i expected, just a stones throw from the beach and close to several restaurants, the owner was nothing short of remarkable , would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay!!!

The property was pretty and well placed. They had a lot of extra towels and beach chairs to use. However, cleanliness was below average. The couches, seating, carpets, and mattresses were all dirty with stains and splotches all over them. They’re all made of cloth too so they retain all of that grime and dirt. The bed sheets had specks of dust, grime, and hair. We had to wash all the bedding before use. The bathroom smelled of mold and mildew. Overall the cleanliness was unsettling.

Communications with owner were timely and helpful. Condo was nicely decorated, with a beautiful master shower. Great beach access. Available beach chairs and washer/dryer were much appreciated.

This was our second stay here, but my cousins and I have been staying at Sand Dollar for years. We love the proximity to beach and that it’s uncrowded. The condo is great and Brandy is a great manager.

Condo was clean and well furnished...plenty of towels, paper products, etc. It is within walking distance of the Surf Restaurant and convenient to other restaurants as well. We could leave our beach chairs in our car and make easy access to the beach. The unit has an elevator which made loading and unloading easy. We had a great 2 weeks!

This property is in the perfect location and directly on the beach. Our entire stay was very pleasant. Our host was very quick to respond and helpful. If we visit the area again, this will be our first choice to stay.

This was our third time staying here. Everything was wonderful. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

Our stay was fantastic. It was right on the beach, which was so convenient. The condo had its own beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach equipment. It was perfect for myself and 3 teenagers. The condo is as pictured. It was nice having two bathrooms too. I highly recommend for an awesome beach getaway.

Had nice time. Squeaky floors very annoying. Would not return to this unit until floors fixed. Beds too soft also
