Stayed Jun 6, 2026Our overall impression was great. The location on the Folly River was lovely and we enjoyed time on the deck. The condo layout is good, but the maintenance was poor. For example, the faucets in the bathrooms were crazy, the bathtubs appeared to have been painted for some reason, the toilet wouldn’t stop running…the furniture, beds and the random decor need to be improved. Communication and response from the host company was very good.

Stayed Mar 20, 2026This place exceeded expectations! The VIEW from kitchen/den/patio was beautiful all the time…and with the huge doors that opened up onto screened patio, it felt like an extension of the den. Immaculately clean. We used the tennis court, and walked back and forth to folly beach restaurants and beach easily (10-12min walk). Nice that beach chairs were provided also. Pool wasn’t open when we were there, sort of a bummer. Mgmt was AMAZING-tv wasn’t working correctly and they came out right away and replaced it. Impressive. Hope to stay here again!
