2BR with king master - Beautiful views of the Gulf State Park Beach

We went to Gulfshores for a summer vacay. This condo was very nice. It was decorated very nicely. It was very clean and the condo supervisor communicated very well to get us in and out accurately. My kids loved the pool. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and look at the ocean and beach. It was very roomy for the 4 of us. My teenage daughter loved having her on space upstairs in the loft. It had anything and everything you could need on a stay away from home. We’d definitely come back:).

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Grand Beach PH1 in Gulf Shores. Our room was clean and ready long before the 4 pm check in and the owner left us a bottle of wine. Condo was perfect for our family of 6, beds were comfortable. View was awesome and beach access was just a short walk across the street, and not too crowded I might add. One small issue was when the AC went out one afternoon and the owner was quick in responding and we were back in action in no time. It was a minor hiccup in a otherwise great week.

This condo is in an ideal location within walking distance of Gulf Shores and less than 10 minutes to Orange Beach. The inside is updated and very clean with plenty of room to sleep up to 8, exactly as described in the listing. It has easy beach access as you simply walk across Beach Boulevard to the Gulf State Park beach with the pier close by. It also has an excellent view of the beach since there are no other condos in front of it. The owner is very accommodating, quick to respond and easy to deal with. It is also a no hassle check in and out. I would definitely recommend this property and will very likely be back!

We loved the condo. Very nice and clean with everything we needed for the week. Steve was very helpful with anything g we had questions about. The views we're awesome. Walking distance to Gulf State Park.

Our stay was amazing. The room was bright, clean, and very nice. My family and I loved everything about it! Great location and the beach wasn’t crowded. The owner helped us in any way he could and my family and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Our week in the Penthouse was wonderful. The condo is well equipped and very clean. The condo was just as described. Being right across the road from the beach was a huge plus. The state park and the fishing pier were within walking distance. Also within walking distance were restaurants and a small market that sold just a bit of everything. You could buy lunch or a shirt!! If bike riding is on your agenda, there were a number of nice, safe bike trails. The owner, Steve, was Johnny on the spot. We communicated via text or email. He was very responsive. We enjoyed our week at the beach!

Great place to escape to. So much more updated than other properties weve visited. Close to everything. We will be back.

Perfect for my wife and I - exactly what we were looking for - great unobstructed view of the Gulf. Top floor - enjoyed the balcony. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Have made numerous trips to the Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area - our favorite. We would definitely rent this unit again.

I enjoyed my 4 night stay in this top floor unit with a gorgeous view. The location of the property was excellent. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely book this unit again. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy to follow. Looking forward to my next trip to the beach!

The unit was just the right space for us. Unit was clean and well-maintained. Owner turned heat on as we were traveling so it would be warm when we arrived. Location near the state park was great for us as we like to hike. Great restaurants (Mikes, Shrimp Shack, Lamberts) in walking distance of the unit. Found several places in the area for recreational activities(pickle ball). I would recommend this property for anyone.
