*Relax on balcony overlooking tennis/pickle courts! Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. Sandpiper also offers boat docking abilities for an additional fee, subject to availability.
The Sand Flea (beachside Tiki Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

Additional rules
-Guest must be a minimum of 25 years of age to book/check in to our condo. ID is checked during registration.
-Guest must display parking pass provided in unit on dash for duration of stay. Please leave pass in condo upon check out.
-Please note, our condo and balcony are both NO SMOKING. There are designated areas on property for smoking. No smoking in our condo or on our balcony. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a $500 fine ( Marijuana, E- Cigarettes, Vapes, Tobacco)
-No parking in Numbered Parking Spots
-No Pets Allowed
-No RVs or Trailers Allowed on Property
