Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Destin Pointe and the view from magnolia house is one of our favorite views anywhere. The condo is large and spacious. The wagon was a Godsend with kids. The only draw back was the area in front of the tv. Other than the sofa it was difficult to be comfortable as the chairs were not made for comfort. The bedrooms were fine and the bathrooms exceptional. The pool water was very cold and when asked about the heater we were told that each board member would have to be contacted before they could be turned on. This was a first for Destin pointe and considering advisories regarding bacteria levels in the gulf we found this news disappointing.

The property is extremely well kept, the condo itself is very clean, and you simply cannot beat the views. The the huge windows in the family room and bedroom really allow a stunning view of the ocean. There is also plenty of room, as there are two bedrooms, and a large living room and kitchen. Highly recommend!

Destin Pointe Resort was absolutely beautiful and the pool amenities were outstanding.Our condo was very very nice and the view from our balcony was Amazing of the East Pass and the Gulf Side. We used the free shuttle to the marina area and had a nice day there. Wonderful restaurants. We had an absolutely amazing and wonderful experience and would love to return in the near future!

We have been staying at Destin Pointe for 20 years. We enjoy the Emerald green water along with the cleanliness of Destin Pointe as a whole.

We’ve been coming to Destin Pointe for years and this little slice of Destin never disappoints. We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Lots of room to spread out and felt very comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent. Would highly suggest this stay!

Everything was as described in the posting and they kept me up to date with text messages throughout the stay. The only problem we encountered was that the tram to take us to the beach was not working so it was a longer walk than expected. Also, there was no ice in the freezer so make sure to purchase some for drinks as it took 24 hours to produce enough! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back.
