I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This corner unit condo is special. The breeze on the balcony is just that little bit better, inside is just that little bit brighter, the finishes a little bit nicer, the beds/linens, showers, and kitchen all have something just a little bit extra good. We cooked the entire week we were there, so the pantry space was a little tight, but adequate, and it was worth it to have a really good washer/dryer in the unit. Even the starting supplies were a little bit more and little bit better than typical. And the owner did not over-furnish it, so there is room for your stuff when you arrive. The bikes were great, loved the umbrella setup at the beach, but also loved having a couple of sand chairs available to take to the jetty side at sunset. Destin Pointe itself is terrific, of course, with beaches, jetties, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, biking, birds, sunrise, sunset... all without getting in your car! The staff at the rental office are super helpful and responsive and on our last day we heard from a good source that this owner is a really nice person, too. That made me smile a little wider as we pulled away reflecting on a lovely trip. Lord willing, we will come again!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was attractive, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the view of the water from our balcony and also liked that the stairwell was near us and since we were on the second floor -- it made it easy to come and go. Although Mag House has a no smoking policy, I believe the people before us were smokers. One bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes. We reported to management, and they quickly offered an ozone machine to clear the smell. We declined the offer and within a couple of days the smell had dissipated. I would choose this unit again on a future trip!

Stayed May 16, 2025This was our fourth stay at Magnolia House and first time in this property. It was nice arriving to a small welcome package including bottled water. The property was nicely updated, clean and comfortable. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The only issue we had was that the bathroom in the master had a towel rack that was broken. Other than that, everything was perfect and we loved our stay!
