He gave suggestions on area amenities helped with transportation and overall was very pleasant to deal with. The space was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay.

Stayed Mar 28, 2024Our family of four was very comfortable in the condo, which had plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. Herbert was very helpful in answering questions promptly and giving us recommendations for a snorkel trip. We appreciated that the was spotlessly clean, had great, AC, and was just steps from the pool and sea. We also enjoyed the amenities, including beach cruisers, kayaks, and cornhole. Finally, we loved the restaurant just a short walk up the beach at the Naia resort. Our one discontent was a reality almost everywhere we visited on the Placencia Penninsula - that is, the effort on the part of condos/hotels to preserve the beach by building rock seawalls. The result of these seawalls is about 6 feet of stagnant water with seaweed and trash between the edge of the beach and the rock walls. The smell was gross and it was an eyesore. We were able to swim off the pier, which was beautiful.

Stayed Apr 12, 2022The condo was well appointed. Comfortable beds and furniture. Everything you need in the kitchen. The property amenities were great. Paddleboards, kayaks, dock, beautiful swimming pool. We liked the location. It was out of town but not too far. Great places to eat close by.

Stayed Aug 17, 2021I went solo on purpose to learn some things about myslf , Belize and the Villas of Coco Plum. All were accomplished along with making some new friends. I'll be back in January 2022. Host Herbert rocks!

Stayed Jun 28, 2019We had such a great stay at Cocoplum. The condo was just what we needed —comfortable, well appointed, and spacious for our family. Our kids enjoyed the paddle boards, snorkeling off the pier, and playing in the pool. Our own little paradise!
