Stayed Jun 20, 2025We were not allowed to cancel individual days before the cancelation date due to resort availability. When asked for clarification, the availabilty issue preventing is from canceling was because the resort was full. Their policy does state that modification are subject to resort availability, but it is unreasonable that the resort being full makes sense to not cancel days prior to the cancel date. This should be made more clear in the rental agreement.VRBO itself was helpful, seemed to agree with me and provided me a refund out of their pocket to accomodate the nights we wanted to cancel. Once there, everything was as advertised and we had a great time.
