Stayed Jun 20, 2025The Wisconsin Dells stay was great! The staff was friendly, very welcoming, and it felt like staying in an apartment instead of a hotel.The BNB management company was easy to get ahold of and had very fast responses with any question. My one negative was the wording of the contract from BNB. They had said when we booked it we had until a certain date to update or modify our reservation. When we tried to do that once we got our exact dates of our Nationals schedule, they wouldn’t let us. Even though our contract said we could. That was disappointing. So, we had to pay for more days than we actually needed.
