Stayed Jun 23, 2025The location of this property is great. Unfortunately, the whole property was under construction and that was not disclosed with us before we checked in. I most definitely would not have stayed here if i knew. We walked out to ladders and 5 construction workers right outside out door every single day. They would start at 7am. I work from home and the noise was so loud, i couldnt even do my job nor hear myself talk. On top of that, it woke the kids up every single morning. I woke up in a bad mood every day. We paid way too much to be woken up every day and the noise last all day. Definitely an unpleasant stay.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Loved the location of the condo to the beach and the back porch restaurant. Everything was really close. The condo was clean with plenty of towels. We would definitely stay again

Stayed May 23, 2024This was our first trip to Destin as a family. Property fit our family perfectly. King bed was very comfortable and my kids slept well on pull out couch and full size bed. They also enjoyed the tv in each room. Would be nice to have some more spots to hang wet towels etc/wet swim suits as ours kept blowing off the patio, but that's minor. The kitchen was nice & had enough pots/pans etc. Could maybe use some regular size silverware as we forgot to pack disposable, but all in all we loved staying here and had a great experience. Thanks

Stayed Mar 31, 2024We enjoyed our trip and the communal space in this condo was nice. However, the rooms are very tiny. Not sure the Queen bed was actually a Queen...felt more like a double. And the room was only large enough for the bed and a dresser. No closet and no space to put your suitcase and personal belongings. Difficult for two people to maneuver around. The King bedroom was similarly small but had a little more space. There were no sheets for the pullout couch in the living room, so we just used blankets and comforters from the other beds. Not terribly disappointing, but wouldn't return.
