The unit had the four things a condo should have...great bed, large TV, well stocked kitchen, and a great view. Even outdoor beach chairs were the right height. A very pleasant stay.

The two toilets in the unit are functional but both need to be replaced.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with our unit. We were not notified when renting about the construction. We had many problems getting to the elevator and could not use it and were not notified when they dug a hole to the first floor in front of our unit. I have artificial knees and Could not get to the elevator many days. Bill is a disabled American vet and we had no help whatsoever, only I am sorry. No compensation once our unit was paid for.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had a great week in this condo. Loved the view from balcony and the tall bar like chairs provided. Liked the fact that there were only few people on the beach. Really nice area to vacation. Will return.
