The Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a gated community 2 blocks from the beach. It is very child and family friendly. Our condo has all the amenities you could need, including a chef's kitchen, pool and beach toys, a laundry room in the unit, and all linens (including beach towels). Tons of great new updates! Stayed Mar 22, 2025The unit location and communication with owner were wonderful - HOWEVER - this unit has A LOT of deferred maintenance and is in desperate need of a deep, deep clean and some upgrades, large and small. We’ve been coming to Regatta for many years, this stay was slightly disappointing in terms of the quality and overall cleanliness of the unit.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024First, Anne the property owner is a great communicator. She kept me in the know on surrounding property construction , without over -communicating. The property is exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice pool and about an 8 minute walk to the beach.
