very clean, lots of beach accessories to use. Was under assumption it had a better view of ocean but it was an easy walk to beach

Great property and host. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful and well maintained resort property, pools and amenities. It would have been nice to know we needed to get a luggage cart from security if we couldn’t find one in the designated areas. That would’ve saved us about 45 minutes if we had known. All mattresses need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Walls are super thin and we can hear neighbors and I’m sure they heard us with a toddler. Shuttle bus driver was a complete jerk. He was more concerned with his cigarette break than shuttling us to/from the beach. Front desk clerk seemed inconvenienced when we decided to extend our stay one more day. He/she (not sure which) was extremely rude Saturday morning. Security was awesome. All very friendly and kind.

Great condo for babymoon! Our first time in Destin and we loved our stay. Condo was clean, super comfy bed, and great view of the resort pool. Walking distance to the beach and a great beach dinner spot (Back Porch)! And quick drive to other great spots as well! Pool was perfect as we stayed in the pool over the beach besides a couple walks! Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our little family! When our baby needed to nap I could take her to the room and sit on the balcony watching my husband and son have fun at the pool. Great place to stay as a family! The splash pad was great for the kids.

The host thought of everything so we didn’t need to buy anything for fun days at the beach and pool. From dishwasher soap/closet hangers/pots/toaster to pool toys/umbrella/beach chairs. To note: the public beach was about a 10 min walk across busy road. There was a shuttle, but it was not working. But found parking spots at the public entrance to the beach easily to bring all of the things. Did an 8:30am dolphin tour. Glad we chose morning, bc it stormed the last 2 evenings while there.

Over crowded pool. Need more adult area separated from small children.

It was a very nice clean place. The pools was wonderful. People at the front desk were great, very professional. The condo was wonderful. Very well kept up. The beds was comfortable. We renter the off the owner and they were fantastic people.

Stay was great! Great location and resort. Pool had plenty of room. The room location was great on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. 2nd elevator at end of hall made easy access to pool.

The condo was super cute and perfect for our needs. It was right across from the beach which we could have walked too if we wanted. We chose to drive since we brought alot of things ans had 3 kids in tow. The peoperty managers were very clear on check.in and check

The hosts were very accommodating. The condo itself was beautiful , clean and well kept! We loved it! Any problem we had was taken care of quickly and nicely. We will definitely stay again!

The condo was very clean and offered all amenities we needed. Pools, clubhouse and restaurant were all 1st class. Owners responded immediatlely to our minor issue and continued to check to make sure we were pleased with the unit. Will visit again.

We had the best time! Everything was as described, the apartment was very clean and had all the appliances, kitchen accessories we needed. Amenities were amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone! We will definitely going back.

Enjoyed. When I booked, I filtered for beach front. The palms is not beach front, nor did we have a beach view. I felt it was very misleading.

The condo was clean and maintained really enjoyed our stay. The only real issue was lack of carts to unload and load your belongings. We had to make 4 trips to the garage and there were several others in the same situation.

My family and I absolutely loved this resort. The room was excellent. We loved the payio view. Our kids had a blast at the pool. The on site restaurant was phenomenal. We loved all the drinks! I definitely enjoyed this experience!

Very clean inside condo and around resort. Quiet and family friendly. Good location, only a few minutes to Henderson Beach where we always go whenever we go to Destin. Condo had a couple of beach chairs and sand toys to use. Pool was great. My kids really enjoyed it! Would stay here again. Just an fyi if you normally bring a wagon to take to the beach, it will come in handy because finding a cart to bring your things from your car to the room and back to your car is difficult. Nothing the owner or resort can help just people take them into their rooms to use later apparently. Wish we had remembered our wagon.

We had such a fantastic time! Perfect location near great restaurants (The Back Porch), water park, arcade and go kart place. It is also a few minutes from the beach - right across the street. You can shuttle over or drive. The pool was big and perfect for our 11-year-old kids and my husband and I enjoyed grabbing cocktails from the restaurant. The unit was very comfortable and clean! We slept like babies each night because the beds were so comfortable. The only thing that I would change is the master shower. The kids’ had the nicer shower. Overall, a wonderful stay!

My husband and I stay here with our 3 year old, and this location was absolutely perfect! The condo was very spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is about .5 miles from the beach. Angela made us feel welcome and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff was so helpful and amazing too! The entire pool/splash pad area was amazing and we went everyday after the beach. We only wish we booked our stay for longer! We will definitely be returning.
