Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice condo, clean and very responsive landlord. Great central location, easy access to beaches and various places of interest, i.e. Sarasota to Fort Myers, lots of golf courses and restaurants. Lacking slightly in amenities, no gym or tennis courts but local park tennis courts were just around the corner and the YMCA was close as well. If returning to this area, we would definitely rent from Paul again - he is an absolute gem to deal with.

Stayed Aug 4, 2018My wife and I loved our stay here, the condo was beautifully updated and clean...so much so that my wife wants me to install the same tiles that are on all the floors! The owner was very responsive and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

Stayed Apr 14, 2018The condo was tastefully decorated with all the amenities you would expect at a hotel and more!!! The pool was clean and heated. Most importantly, it was close to the beach, grocery and Target. We're already planning next year's vacation and hope this condo will be available.
