2/2 OCEANfront condo on Jacksonville Beach

Rainy and windy the whole week, but the amazing view from the balcony with closed glass doors to block the wind made it worth the while. Still managed to get a few good walks along the pristine beach. Our host went above and beyond to purchase a new Keurig, puzzle and some games for us to enjoy while stuck indoors. Unit was perfectly supplied with every amenity we could have hoped for. Very comfortable. Photos didn’t show it, but there is a square table for four — perfect for dining and playing games..

Absolutely wonderful stay! Amazing view of the beach from a great balcony. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you could think of. Great place to stay and we will absolutely be back.

First impression is everything. Beautiful view for sunrise. Nice access to the beach and around the area. Quiet during my stay. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because it was a bit dusty in some areas and the glass patio doors could use some attention. It also appeared that the top refrigerator shelf didn’t get cleaned. There was remnant of something. A suggestion to consider, hooks in bathroom for robes and gently used towels to hang. And a full view mirror (standing would work).

Everything was as advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and flatware.We were kindly left with some mustard and other condiments.Great location!

View was amazing. Owner was very responsive to our needs and requests.

Stepping into the condo was like a warm hug! We enjoyed the ocean views and the ease with which we felt at home. Best times were spent on the balcony/sunporch as we listened to the sounds of the ocean and watched the day begin and end.

Check-in was easy with keypad entry. 3rd floor condo in a small complex. No elevator but parking was right next to the stairs. Condo was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked and had a large island. Beachfront condo with lanai balcony. There is a second set of steps connected to the balcony that puts you out right at the beach access. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent condo! Everything is exactly as described. Very clean and great location for our family getaway. Only wish we had booked it for longer!

Our condo unit was on the 3rd floor of 3. I believe the total units here are 18, 6 per level with plenty of parking available. We ran into nobody on a holiday week getting in and out. it was very quiet and laid back. Condo is open concept had sliding glass door to a balcony with additional sliding glass door on the balcony that overlooked the ocean with some comfortable patio furniture. Very well decorated we on the beach 4 of the 5 days with the last day spending relaxing on the patio after sleeping in. We had a great stay.

Very clean, fully stocked, nice size condo with a stunning view. It was amazing to come out the bedroom our first morning there and see the ocean.

We loved spend t h e long weekend, we fely like home.

This place was amazing. From the layout to the proximity to the beach to the loveliness of the space, it was absolutely ideal. I hope to return!

Great location, big, well-appointed kitchen, clean, comfortable, first rate all around. We spent every minute there on the enclosed balcony, with our coffee in the morning (before a long walk on the beach) & with a glass of wine in the evening. If only there were hooks in the bathrooms for towels & robes, it would be total perfection!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views were exactly what we wanted, the access to the beach is fantastic, and it’s quite upgraded - which was a nice touch. The AC works great! We love the enclosed patio and spent quite a few hours enjoying the weather from there. Jax beach is an underrated destination in my opinion, and we’d happily visit again.

This property had everything we needed. The view is breathtaking. Beach not crowded. Host was very communicative. Property very clean. Looks like they are going to paint outside of building. Will stay again. .

We enjoyed our stay very much. The direct view and access to the ocean are great. The condo is updated with all the necessary amenities and is clean.

We wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy each other’s company with no distractions. Your condo was exactly what we hoped for! The temperature was a bit too cold for us to enjoy walks on the beach, but we certainly took advantage of the sounds and smells of the ocean by opening the sliding doors on the outside patio. We spent many hours there reading and ocean watching. Restaurants were very convenient and very reasonably priced. If we come back to Jacksonville again, this is a property we would certainly try to rent.

Would definitely stay here again, Dana was helpful and answered all of my questions ( only had a couple) everything was perfect. My daughter was able to come for a few hours to visit and she liked it as well. Hopefully it will be available the next time I’m down here!!

I was looking to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday with her on the beach. This was a perfect place for her. The covered balcony and close access to the beach allowed her to enjoy the ocean. I would stay there again with her for her 86th!

Beautiful place to stay! Great location— we walked .9 miles to the Pier every day. Many places within walking distance. Wonderful view, comfortable and aesthetically appealing decor, excellent well-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite island, comfortable beds with pleasant bedding.and

We enjoyed the stay at the beach. Everything was there to cook meals at home and enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise.
