Great location

Comfortable, quiet, close to the beach. The host provided some fun little extras (beach towels and beach chairs), easily accessible, binder on living room table with clear instructions and recommendations for local amenities and activities, easy check in, close to the beach. Had a girls’ weekend with mother, sister, niece. This was the perfect place for us to stay.

Very nice, clean, safe vrbo. Great location. I had a great, relaxing time.

The host was great. Very helpful assisting us on finding the correct condo. The condo was very cute and perfect for what we needed.

Great location, was so convenient to get to everything. We took our Labradoodle and there was a nearby dog park. The condo had everything you need, including chairs and beach gear.

Everything was wonderful! The location, the condo, the weather. We had a great weekend. The amenities the host provides are above and beyond. We will be back.

I gave all 5 stars, this was the perfect place with easy beach access, we enjoyed getting our morning walks in. Pet friendly. Perfect set up to make you feel at home. I would recommend this condo and if I am ever back in the area will definitely stay here.

The condo was great! Perfect location and easy walk to the beach. The beach is right beside the State Park so not very crowded. We enjoyed our stay! Great restaurants in the area - Black Molly's, Aunt Kate's, Salt Life, Saltwater Cowboys and Oasis. We will be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay! There were so many nice extras that were there for you to use- beach chairs, towels, toiletries. It was a pleasant surprise. The location of the condo was great! Just a very short walk to the beach. It was windy and rained some on our beach day but we were otherwise able to enjoy the tourist attractions. We were happy to be able to bring our fur baby with us as well. Only have a couple of suggestions- a tv in master bedroom would be nice and it’s dark in the master shower but I’m not sure how you fix that. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Condo was great !!! Check in was easy and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Condo was very clean. Great area to walk around and explore and beach is very close to condo. Everything you need like dining and shopping is close. Overall great place to stay !!!!

Great location for a family get together. Easy walk to the pool, beach, pier, and lots of local restaurants. Excellent communication and response time by owner, Well supplied condo and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again!

Jeanie is a fabulous host! I really appreciated the supply of 'essentials' - plenty of toilet paper, towels, dish/kitchen needs, and hand soap at every sink!! The place was comfortable and in the perfect location. The quiet beginning of St. Augustine beach with very convenient beach access. Neighborhood is quiet - friendly neighbors! Simple check-in and check-out. Host is very responsive. We would love to return.

Location was awesome. So easy to get everywhere. In walking distance of the beach. Condo was clean and well maintained. I took advantage of the pool everyday we were there!

We had a wonderful time staying in this ground floor condo with our two dogs. The host was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful location and very close to the beach. Everything worked well in the condo and it was great to have a washer and dryer and two bathrooms. Easy close parking too.

Condo was convenient to restaurants and beach. Everything people needed to stay for four days was available in the condo. Will definitely recommend this condo.

Nice place. I think you need to leave an extra garbage bag and more than one laundry pod. Liked having beach chairs available. I wasn't expecting a pull out bed to include sleeps 6. My granddaughter and her mother visited one night. They said the second room bed was very hard and uncomfortable but I couldn't say for myself. I liked the location most of all.

First and foremost, let me say communication with the host was far above most. The day before our stay Jeanie called us and told us of a problem identified by a previous tenant and she gave us the option to cancel if we chose to do so. We so appreciated that. Because of our plans we told her we would come. Location was great and the property was well stocked. Our problem was the drip coffee maker. We found it unusable.

Good location but the st thing we noticed was the sidewalk to the front door has a large unmarked hole with landscaping mulch in it & if someone is not paying attention they could trip & fall and get hurt, there should be something there to prevent a accident. The refrigerator was not clean, microwave is on it's last leg. The floors were dirty with sand & bugs when we got there. I dropped something in the spare bedroom & when I got down to pick it up I looked under the bed & the TV stand it doesn't look like it has been cleaned under in a while. We don't know if they have a extermator come in but we found & killed a lot of cockroaches and other bugs. We found one in the cabnet between the microwave & the refrigerator, my husband had one on his tooth brush & our family member found one in there suitcase when they opened it today to start packing. The light with the ceiling fan in the spare bedroom does not work.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. Both the communication and location were excellent and the accomodations were great and just as described. We didn't use the pool so I don't have any comments about that. It was wonderful being in easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Our hearts are with the residents of Florida as they face another hurricane.

We loved the condo it was perfect for us and our little dogs to stay. You can tell the owner took the time to think of anything you might need for your stay. Loved that so much ❤️

Planning to spend a long beach weekend in St. Augustine, FL. The unit we booked was very good, perfect for the beach, very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with Hurricane Debby arriving just behind us. But the place was excellent and because it was only a glancing blow, we were able to enjoy great food and a couple of bars downtown. Highly reccomended!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect to have access to the beach and all things fun and yummy! Short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend for your next vacation. Easy to communicate with the owner as well. 5 stars!

We had a great stay. Cute little place. The host answered me right away when I had questions. If you don’t mind a little walk to beach this is great. Neighbors were nice also.
