2+2 Beach Condo

It was a great last minute trip. Very clean and cozy.

Well maintained in an a great location close to the beach. Nicely furnished.

Condo is in a great location. It is clean, has a very large screened in porch, great layout. Host leaves water and snacks. Host is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Amelia Island.

We loved this place. It's lovely and it's a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We especially loved the back porch! The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house so it was nice for privacy for two couples. We would definitely stay there again.

The host was very willing to work with us. The condo has a great wrap around porch which was nice to sit on and read. It is very close to the beach!

Hostess went above and beyond on our arrival. Condo was older but in excellent condition. All amenities were there and functional.nice little community pool 2 pickleball cts and a very easy way to the beach and Sliders, bike rental Short drive to fernadino Old Town. Enjoyed it very much

The amenities are great. The host is very responsive to any questions. The condo is clean and inviting. The screened in porch is private and very relaxing.

The condo is clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was good as well. We did have a little bit of trouble with the TV but Lynn responded quickly and got it fixed as soon as she could. Thank. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place & great walk to the beach. We really were thankful for our time there.

Great condo! Clean, bright, nicely furnished. It has an amazing screened in porch that is huge. There are tables, sofa, chairs and you can relax watching the birds... i would highly recommend this place!

This condo is a great place. It's nicely decorated, clean, has plenty of beach stuff, and a large community pool. Plus, it's minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the downtown area.

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is close to the beach, clean and super easy to get to anything! We loved our stay. Provided exactly what we needed. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely and restful three days. The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed. We will use this again.

I booked this place for my dad, husband and son for their fishing trip. They didn’t catch as many fish as they hoped but they did bring home a few. They enjoyed their stay and said it was very nice! Hope to be able to stay there again for next trip to Fernandina. Thank you!

The property was super clean, plenty of towels and beach towels, did not have to bring kitchen supplies like soap, garbage bags, coffee filters etc. Instructions were detailed on where the garbage was, how the pool works, wifi code and cable. All the guess work was taken care of. The porch is incredible, huge and quiet. Like an oasis to yourselves. Would stay here again!!

This was my 2nd stay at this property and it will be the first place I check for my next trip there. Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to beach. Perfect.

We loved this condo, especially the spacious porch—just as described in write up. The beds were very comfy. Only 2 negatives: TVs were very difficult to operate—we were able to access Netflix and Prime but no live TV. It would have helped to include the name of the condo community in the directions as it was not easy to find. Perhaps that was included in the instructions but I might have missed it.With all that said we had a lovely weekend and would rent this condo again.

This condo was perfect. Lynne was a very compassionate caring host. We were coming from hurricane Helene and this was the perfect stay. Condo is in a great location to the beach and restaurants. It had everything we needed and very clean. Easy to get in and out of without a lot of stairs. We will definitely return. Thank you Lynne.

This unit is in a great location and met all of our needs. It's close to the beach and very convenient to shopping as well. Would highly recommend this unit.

I was able to enjoy a great weekend at this property with my sisters and niece who we came to visit. Clean property, great location, and accommodating hostess.

Property owner was very helpful along the process. We were allowed to gain access earlier than check in. Place was immaculate. Great location.

Lynn was a wonderful host,, she had everything we needed other than grocery's,, but she did have snacks,, a great place to stay....a home away from home for sure!

We love staying in Amelia Landing. The development is quiet and convenient to the beach. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was closed all week. Our host informed us of the closure as soon as she could. She even helped find alternative pool options for us, which I appreciate. It was still a great vacation!
