2024 NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO BY THE BEACH #1

From the moment we opened the front door we were “on holiday” Mary thought of everything - beautiful towels, chocolates, coffee, stylish interiors. The condo pool is wonderful and the location is to die for with the beach and fantastic restaurants on your doorstep. Book you will not regret it!!

Lovely, perfectly appointed condo in the ideal location. Unmatched hospitality from our host Mary ... very gracious. She did not miss a thing. Last time in Naples we stayed in what is considered the best hotel. It not even close. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The condo is decorated in an adorable beach theme with so many amenities and it is very clean! It is in an excellent location and Mary is an amazing host!

The home was appointed with everything we needed… for beach towels and chairs to sunscreen. The condo was comfy and roomy for 4 adults. TVs in all rooms, great AC, clean as a whistle! Comfy beds and living furniture! Location! Location! Location! The location is fabulous!! A block from the beach, a block to the historic town and shopping and less than a mile to the marina! An an easy walk to 5th Ave shopping! The pool was an added delight! We loved it! Highly recommend!

The host was very helpful and the unit is very clean and delightfully decorated.It feels like home.

Mary was excellent at staying in communication and checking in to see if everything was Ok. The condo was well equiped and in a great location. It was a block away from the beach and restgaurants.

This condo was absolutely perfect! The location was better than described. The beach is less than a block away and 3rd Street was a short and easy walk as well. Mary provided everything that we needed to go to the beach (umbrella, wagon, cooler, chairs, etc.) and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials . Finally, the condo was very clean and so nicely decorated. Thank you, Mary for a wonderful stay. We plan to go back.

Super accommodating host! Mary thought of everything and bent over backwards when we had a travel snafoo. Condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is a huge factor! Short walk to gorgeous beach; short walk to restaurants and shopping; 5-minute (or less) drive to 5th Ave. Beds are super comfy, and although it may sound small, the condo is efficiently layed out and cleverly furnished, making it feel plenty roomy. We weren’t ready to leave!

Adorable condo stocked full with beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas literally 3 minutes to the beach! Spotlessly clean, king bed plush slept like a rock. A block and a half from a high end restuarant row on 3rd Avenue. Already planning on going back

Beautiful unit. Tastefully decorated! Filled with many amenities! Host was gracious and very detailed regarding the stay. Great parking outside and unit is on end of the first floor. Quick walk to Old Naples and the beach. Will book again.

We really enjoyed the unit. It was very clean and had been recently renovated. It had all the necessary beach items - wagon, umbrellas, chairs, beach bag, koozies. Mary, the host, was very quick to respond to all communications. A very well stocked unit. Excellent location to beach.

Beautiful condo with an extremly nice host!

My husband and I and our 2 teens stayed 4 nights over Memorial Day and had a wonderful trip. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, wagon, towels, beach toys, etc. The decor is adorable. The location can't be beat. Mary has great communication and answered any questions we had immediately. The beds are so comfortable that we asked her for info on the mattress because my husband now wants to buy the same one. Very clean. We will definitely be back!

Do not hesitate to book this - the location is excellent - short stroll to the beautiful beach - plus a quick walk to all the restaurants and shops on 3rd - loved it! We highly recommend - decor is beautiful and comfortable - and the large pool is right out the door! We would def. book again!

Perfect location for a trip to the beach! Everything is in walking distance and there is no need for a car. The condo is very very well-equipped. Mary has thought of every need. Will return again!

Perfect location 1 block from the beach in old Naples. The unit was very clean and up to date. Pool was heated and very nice. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Christmas visit by family of 3. Worked out well. Location excellent. Clean and lovely condo. Might be tight by more than 3 but we'll definitely be back.

The condo was perfect for our beach get away. It just steps to the beach and to dining. The unit was well stocked and pristine. We would spend our mornings at the beach, relax in the on-property pool in the afternoon and then walk just a block over to great restaurants for dinner. Mary was a very gracious host. We would definitely recommend this property.

The condo was beautiful, clean and we felt at home. It was walking disrance to the beach. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Naples.
