Stayed Aug 15, 2021The property had a beautiful private deck which made the property. Furniture was cheap. Tubs didn't drain. Outdoor pool was minuscule. And the overall property was in rough shape

Stayed May 20, 2026This is the best condo on the property because of the views. We watched the boats go through the drawbridge morning and night. The condo was very spacious with good beds, multiple sitting areas and two full bathrooms. Great for two couples.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025The location was excellent. The condo was clean and spacious. The building itself is old and could use some TLC. My first impression was not good to be honest. The carpet, especially on the staircase, was old and dirty. But....the apartment was great! I would stay ahain if I could get the same room.

Reviewer Comments: I booked a stay in condo 201 which has beautiful views of Downtown Charlevoix and the bridge. The floor concept is open and spacious. Check in was a breeze and there is an elevator which was a bonus with the luggage. There are a few small things that need to be fixed, but overall the condo was in great condition.

However, the complex and the unit could use some updating/maintenance. The unit itself has been updated. However, it has quite a few maintenance issues that should be attended to.
