Stayed Jan 15, 2024Immediately upon arrival, the lack of cleanliness was apparent. The carpets were so stained and dirty we didn’t want to walk around barefoot. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but our blender pitcher was broken (glass was shattered). They did bring us another one, but by then we were already halfway through our stay. The master shower door was loose and janky and didn’t close well. The glass tabletop on the lanai was missing (just the base was there). Several light bulbs were out and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Needless to say we were quite disappointed, especially considering the price we were paying. This unit needs a lot of attention before it’s worth what we paid.

Stayed Jun 1, 2022well done located, great staff and service, specially Maile who took care of even minimal details. My wife is a coffee lover and we traveled with our grand kids (one only 9 months) and Maile provided a brand new coffee grinder and also a crib for our baby. Condo is amazing! clean and well done with daily maintenance. Thanks a lot for your service!!

Stayed Jun 24, 2021The property is beautiful. The condo was spacious, modern, clean and convenient. The pool and restaurant were wonderful. The only shortcoming was the bed in master bedroom, which was either very old or very cheap--with all the coils sticking out. Perhaps it could be salvaged with some kind of very thick foam mattress cover. But everything else was great!

Stayed Jan 3, 2020Checked in.. went to room, was not ready (trash, beds, towels... nothing was done). Office advised us it would be about an hour. Office called us while waiting and said another 4 hrs. Also last two days of our trip the AC went out. 84 degrees was not a great way to sleep. BEDS WERE HORRIBLE... unless you like springs up your *%#. Had trouble with washing machine... started working but would not drain for two days. Dirty cookie sheet.. still covered in butter/grease. Very disappointed. Office did offer free dinner for onsite restaurant for checkin delay. Unfortunately we never used.
