2 BR/2 BA Ocean Front Condo Fabulous Views & Location(805) NEWLY RENOVATED 2021

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the views were spectacular. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would love to stay here again.

As most others have noted, the condo has most everything you need and is very cute. The linens (towels, sheets) are not provided, but this is a common practice at this beach—A linen service is available for hire or you can bring your own. The master bed was very comfortable. The elevator for the building was very responsive; we never had to wait more than a few seconds for it. There is a wheeled luggage cart in the unit that was very handy for unloading/loading our luggage. Overall, the condo was very quiet in the evenings. I noticed there were many families there with young children. The pool was very nice and never very crowded. The location was perfect for us—We were blessed to have sunny weather our entire stay. Everything worked. If I had to find a flaw, the sliding door to the balcony required a lot of strength to open and close—I’m sure this is from the salt air and the inherently heavy door—not a big deal for us/we managed, but perhaps cleaning/lubricating the slider would help. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back.

Beautiful safe condo. Secluded but easy access to everything. Out third time there.

This is a beautiful condo in a high rise with two balconies where you can watch lines of pelicans glide right by you. The condo is at the remote end of Ocean Isle so the beach is not crowded at all. My only gripe is that the host did not tell us until the day before we traveled that we either had to bring our own towels and linens or pay extra for a service. Also there was no ice in the freezer, so we had to go back out to get some. Still, knowing all of this I would definitely rent again,.

We loved the oceanfront view and enjoyed walking the short distance to the end of OIB, where the waterway meets the ocean. Very clean property with all the amenities we needed. It was a great Thanksgiving beach trip!

We had a super time in this condo. It was my wife's birthday (breast cancer survivor this year), and my sister was dobe with two of three chemotherapy treatments for her cancer. The condo was spacious and inviting. Close enough to businesses and restaurants, but far enough to be out of the traffic. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Property

We loved our stay at OIB. The accommodations were great. We loved having easy access to the beach, as well as a pool. It was perfect for our needs.

We love OIB and always enjoy our time at this Ocean Point condo. Already counting fown the days until next summer!

AWSOME VACATION THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Huge, clean condo with everything we needed. All communications were flawless. Safe. Beach and pools were clean. Close to everything we need in ocean isle but felt secluded. Our second year here and we will be back.

Myself and companions were more than pleased with our accommodations. They were spacious, well appointed, and the kitchen was updated in every way. We especially enjoyed the 8th floor balcony where we watched dolphins all weekend, and were eye level with the pelicans. Would definitely book again!
