Parking is monitored daily (the Host is not responsible for damaged or towed vehicles). Remember to return the parking permit to the unit to avoid any fees.

ALL guests must purchase a $10/day pass via credit card (NO cash) at Ranch Hall to use the recreation center. Children 8 years old and under may use the facility for FREE. Purchased passes are good for the entire day. Guests must present proof of their stay to purchase a pass. An Airbnb, VRBO, or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home is sufficient proof.

Location and Convenience: For added convenience, a grocery store is located across the street from the community entrance, ensuring that you have easy access to essentials.

    Staying at Base Camp to ski at Granby has become our family ski tradition and can’t be beat, especially when staying at Matt’s wonderful condo. First floor direct access to the ski mountain is tough to beat and the condo was in excellent condition with parking in the building. 10/10 would absolutely stay again

    We had an amazing stay at this condo in Granby, Colorado! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, exceeding our expectations. It was stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The pictures on Vrbo truly don’t do it justice—the condo is even more beautiful in person. Plus, the location was perfect, with a grocery store just a short drive away, making it super convenient. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

    The property manager sent clear information and responded quickly for my only question while there. The location is so convenient and the space was very functional. There was a step stool for kids who need help reaching sinks, extra blankets, extra fans and great supply of essentials! We will hopefully be back!

    I only have good things to say about this condo! First of all the location at the base of the mountain couldn’t be better! With the thermostat set at 70 it was nice and warm. Hot water no issues whatsoever. Very cozy. Very comfortable. I would definitely try to get this space again. Matthew, the host, was just awesome. Hope to be back next year! Big thanks And very appreciative.!

    Super convenient...ski in ski out is the only way to go! 1st floor was a huge bonus! Room was super spacious and comfy...except 1 chair was like sitting on a 2x4 lol. Other than that it was awesome
