2-bedroom resort condo w/private balcony & amenities!

I take my grown sons (ages 29-53) on a fishing trip each summer. We usually stay at a cabin or motel. This year, because Debby wiped out our South Carolina destination, we booked the condo and Destin. The guys liked the opportunity to swim, drink and relax poolside or on the balcony this year. Room was clean and spacious.

The rental was just as described the property is nice and offers a ton of options to keep the kids entertained along with a full bar and coffee shop. Definitely will stay again!

Our family of 5 had a blast. The condo was nice and clean with a great view of the pool area. We will definitely be back!

Great resort, best pool in Destin by far. Family oriented and across Henderson Beach. Highly recommended.

Condo was not cleaned properly prior to arrival. Sheets and towels were the only clean items. Floor was covered with food crumbs as well as the stove. Counter tops were sticky. Makeup was dried on the bathroom floor. The hallway smelled of smoke and animals. The condo itself smelled badly. Furniture was poorly maintained and stained. Resort is not on the beach. No chairs or umbrella were available as I understood they would be. Very unhappy and disappointed with this place. Also very upset about the price we paid for such a dirty facility. Cleaning fee? Nothing was cleaned! Only nice thing was the pools. Pools were great!

Loved everything about our stay other than the issue with the WiFi and we were not able to get it fixed until the next day.

It was not too far from the beach. Plenty to do near by and parking was not a hassle. Could have been cleaner. It was apparent that cleaning is done on a surface level and no deep cleaning is done. Trash was under the hide-a-bed, around the trim was filthy and the dishes were dirty but put away. To be fair they were probably cleaned but not well. Vacuum did not work and we did not have a broom. Condo was dusty. Between appliances and such was visibly filthy including top of refrigerator with papers from stays prior up there. Beds were comfortable and the towels and washcloths were clean and soft. Bedding was clean. Other than cleanliness the Condo fit description perfectly. We did have a door handle break off when I tried to open the door. I left a message and they came in and fixed it when we were out of the condo with no notice other than a message letting us know it had been fixed. My husband and I did not feel good about people entering the condo without our knowing. But, they did fix it quickly. When I left that message I also addressed that we had no broom and we never did receive one. All in all, it was decent. I would go back.

Great experience we really enjoy the pool they have something for all ages.
