Stayed Nov 27, 2024In town for holidays. Place was clean and quiet. Condo needs a few minor maintenance items fixed but manager was quick to respond to all questions/requests.

Stayed Aug 1, 2023We stayed here for a few weeks, and we were so pleased with the property. The neighborhood was very charming and quiet. Everything in town was close by, within 10 minutes you could drive to a number of restaurants and grocery stores. There is even a pizza place within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, and had lots of comforts. I was originally worried that the photos might not be exactly the way it really looked, but the photos were spot on. I also thought this was just had 1 bathroom, but there are actually 2. The refrigerator was a good size, the washer/dryer worked as expected. The hot water worked well too. The beds were decent, and the kitchen was pretty spacious considering it's an apartment. There were 2 outside porches too, one in the front of the apartment and one in the back!! We were very happy that we came across this listing, it also showed us some new towns (Cornelius and Davidson) and they were both great. The owner of this listing was very nice and accommodating, and replied quickly when I had a question. I would recommend this listing to anyone for a short or long visit.
