2 bedroom condo with stunning views of our beautiful town!

Information was great, condo was perfect for our weekend.

Place was clean and very close to what we wanted to do downtown.

This is our second time here and we will be back. balcony is great to eat a meal or enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the lights of the city. Close enough to walk to the historical district and far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Host Melanie has been responsive and helpful.

The most EPIC views from the balcony! The space was comfortable, spacious, and offered a really great view.

Been coming up to Prescott for 30 yrs getting hotels and rentals. This has been my favorite place. The view is just amazing… especially for the price. Comfortable beds, tvs in all rooms. Very clean unit. Spent most the time at place on the porch.

Great views and cool breezes. We ate every meal on the patio. Location was perfect only 1 to 15 minutes to EVERYTHING! We will be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Prescott. The awesome views from the patio, the updated decor, super comfortable beds, and plentiful amenities more than made up for a few rough edges. The parking space behind worked great. The location near the downtown made it excellent for exploring Prescott for a few days.

Very nice, comfortable bed, loved the balcony. View was nice. Walk to center and back. Great workout. Needs a deep cleaning like rug, seams in medicine cabinet, refrigerator corners around door. Windows needed cleaning. I use to clean and I notice more than others noticed. Light fixtures and light switches. Was another. We bought batteries for remote. But we would rent again.

This is a beautiful property with incredible views.

I highly recommend this listing. It started with an amazing view and did not disappoint. The house was clean and comfortable and very private. The house is close to everything and access is easy. Would gladly stay here again if ever in the Prescott area.

This place is just beautiful! I have stayed twice and will stay again. It has the most beautiful view of the valley from sun up to sun down! Very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The shower has seats in the main bedroom/bath. Host is easy to reach. Close to downtown for walking or driving. I definitely recommend!

We loved the area, the quiet, the views! We will be back if you’ll have us! Our friends came to see us and now they want to stay with you too.

I come back yearly to these condos in the Fall for the great location, views and layout of the place. Perfect!

Wonderful place to stay. Close to everything in town but very quiet. Great view from the elevated patio. We each had a bedroom/bathroom!

This property is in need of ALOT. The pictures do not reflect the true condition. The master shower is filled with stains, yellowed, chipping, and peeling. I refuse to use it so I used the guest bath shower. Both medicine cabinets in the bathrooms were missing doors. The screens are shredded and the holes are so big that if you open the windows birds could fly in. The top of the stove is rusted. The patio, table, windows are all very dirty. Apparently the carpet had been cleaned before I arrived, and I can’t say it was dirty, but it’s very old and kind of crusty. I called the host, Melanie 3 times for minor problems and they were very promptly taken care of. She deserves 10 stars. The view is as advertised. Stunning. But not so appealing, looking through dirty windows and shredded screens.

We stayed here for 5 days. Very spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and very comfortable. Loved the views from the balcony. Even saw two deer one morning while having coffee. Great place close to Whiskey Row.

Great location for day hiking. Stayed with my mother and my daughter. The location was clean and comfortable and the porch was a lovely place to enjoy a sunset.
