2 bedroom condo with stunning views of our beautiful town!

This is the first property I've stayed in with VRBO that was actually better than described. It was bigger than I expected. There were basic condiments available, coffee pods and a water filter. My favorite aspect of this property was the view and the little balcony with the table and chairs. We ate our meals out there, sat and read, and there was a wonderful breeze. The area is very quiet and safe.

Absolutely loved staying here. Will be booking again soon! Thank you!

The unit was as listed. Everything was Great for the 2 day stay. We really enjoyed the Sunset from the Balcony. Would stay again!

We stayed two days in mid-May and loved it. Beautiful view, peaceful, loved the trees and birds and we were lucky to see some deer from the balcony. The accomodations were great. Would stay again.

The condo itself was nice with a beautiful view on the balcony. Unfortunately for us the weather did not cooperate and we couldn't use the balcony.The only issue was the noise from the neighboring condo. The person played video games all night and kept me awake. I don't know if this person was a permanent resident or a VRBO renter, but that noise ruined my stay.

Very clean, quiet and, convenient to downtown. We loved the view

The home is represented well by the pictures. My wife and I enjoyed out stay and the proximity to Whiskey row and courthouse. The host was responsive. When visiting again we will stay again.

This is our second time here and we will be back. balcony is great to eat a meal or enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the lights of the city. Close enough to walk to the historical district and far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Host Melanie has been responsive and helpful.

Been coming up to Prescott for 30 yrs getting hotels and rentals. This has been my favorite place. The view is just amazing… especially for the price. Comfortable beds, tvs in all rooms. Very clean unit. Spent most the time at place on the porch.

Great views and cool breezes. We ate every meal on the patio. Location was perfect only 1 to 15 minutes to EVERYTHING! We will be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Prescott. The awesome views from the patio, the updated decor, super comfortable beds, and plentiful amenities more than made up for a few rough edges. The parking space behind worked great. The location near the downtown made it excellent for exploring Prescott for a few days.

Very nice, comfortable bed, loved the balcony. View was nice. Walk to center and back. Great workout. Needs a deep cleaning like rug, seams in medicine cabinet, refrigerator corners around door. Windows needed cleaning. I use to clean and I notice more than others noticed. Light fixtures and light switches. Was another. We bought batteries for remote. But we would rent again.

This is a beautiful property with incredible views.

I highly recommend this listing. It started with an amazing view and did not disappoint. The house was clean and comfortable and very private. The house is close to everything and access is easy. Would gladly stay here again if ever in the Prescott area.

Walk to downtown was great! Views were amazing! Very quiet neighborhood. Melanie was extremely responsive. Will stay here on our next visit.

This place is just beautiful! I have stayed twice and will stay again. It has the most beautiful view of the valley from sun up to sun down! Very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The shower has seats in the main bedroom/bath. Host is easy to reach. Close to downtown for walking or driving. I definitely recommend!

We loved the area, the quiet, the views! We will be back if you’ll have us! Our friends came to see us and now they want to stay with you too.
