Stayed Aug 8, 2025Overall a good experience. Everything was clean and as mentioned upon arrival. Only downfall would be lack of functional kitchen items for a family who cooks. Would recommend bringing frying pans etc for breakfast. Beach gear would also be great to have on hand. Otherwise we had a great stay! Would stay again!

Stayed Aug 3, 2025The condo needs new mattresses and bunk bed is not safe for anyone over 50 lbs. they have very little light in the rooms. The place had ants and they need directions to use the 3 remotes. TV is old. The property manager did come to spray for ants. He was very nice. A dead fish was thrown in bushes just below the condo and smelled awful he did remove it. The pools have no chairs around them and were dirty sand and dirt in the pools.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025The location was great. Access to the beach was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked. Floors were so dirty that we bought swifter pads to clean the floor. Your feet will be black if you dare to walk barefoot. Bunk beds pretty squeaky/shaky if anyone on top. Run by a property management group which was different from our typical vrbo stay. Had to sign separate contracts, etc.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024Very Nice and clean, easy access to pools and beach. Close to stores and restaurants. There was a little confusion about if I could park a small uhaul trailer there (I got two parking passes) , but it was worked out quickly. BTW NO TRAILERS or GOLF CARTS . You're not as close to the beach as pictures would have you to beleive, but nevertheless a great location. I would recomend this property.

Stayed May 17, 2024This was our first time on Carolina Beach and we really enjoyed the area. The condo was a great location for accessing the beach, restaurants, Fort Fisher, Wilmington, etc. We had quick access to the beach, the pools and the covered parking, which is always a plush. The unit was clean. The beds were not very comfortable, so be aware if you are pretty sensitive to that. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking indoors. We would suggest having access to the closet in the master bedroom, which was padlocked. There were hardly any hooks or handles to hang towels or jackets, etc. The property was well maintained. But overall, this unit, the condo property and its location, is a good choice for a vacation.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023Condo was clean and comfortable. The front door stuck probably due to humidity. We were unsure if we had the right unit. Master bedroom needs a night stand on both sides but just moved the chair over! Parking at times was a challenge. It was a nice week. Thank you!
