This unit is located on the third floor of this multi-level building, nestled into the Tangolunda hillside.

With each of the two-bedroom residences offering the exact same floor plan. To confirm, the pictures depicted on this listing are representative of the exact residence you would be booking.

BEDROOMS & LAYOUT
The residence features two ocean view bedrooms which are divided by the common living area, for additional privacy. This residence can comfortably accommodate six adults with the option of a sofa-bed suitable for two children. This sofa can be used as a single day bed with an additional pull-out single trundle below.
The master bedroom offers panoramic views with large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy the view from the comfort of your king-sized bed. The master is outfitted with a full ensuite bathroom, complete with shower as well as a private terrace.
The second bedroom offers two comfortable queen-sized beds and boasts a full ensuite bathroom, with shower. This second bedroom also offers floor to ceiling windows as well as a private ocean view terrace. This bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate four adults comfortably. As an added convenience there is also a powder room located directly across the hall.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
This residence is equipped with a full modern kitchen, offering a built in stove top, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen, dining area and common living area share an open-concept which not only allows you to enjoy the view while cooking, but also enjoy the company of guests. Also included in this space is a breakfast bar with seating for three.

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was lovely, the open air concept was unique and romantic (for a couple). The hotel grounds and amenities fabulous. Great proximity to the beach! Upon our arrival, we did not have a key to lock up to go out and there was a 3-inch scorpion stuck in the fan. Nobody replied to our message until the next morning. We didn’t know yet that it was safe to leave the door unlocked we had to be creative and brave to find tools to kill and remove the scorpion. It would have been appreciated to have a brief orientation or binder of information to answer questions such as is the water potable, nearby amenities, is the ocean safe for swimming, a bit of history in the area, suggestions for beach or day trips, costs of things, etc.The kitchen was uninspiring and sparse: no coffee maker, some well-used utensils and cheap, boring dishes, micro-fiber dish cloths and towels. The sink plug was broken. It would have been more memorable and inspiring if there was Mexican glass or pottery! Bathrooms: some maintenance required. The toilet for the common bath did not work. The scraping shower door and shower heads certainly did not make or break the stay, but were not luxury. The mini-pool was cool temperature, and a refreshing dip on the first day, but when there seemed to be blooms starting to grow, we questioned whether there was a filter or cleaning and decided not to useWe arrived Saturday evening and did not feel we needed the Tuesday cleaning but would have preferred perhaps Thursday. The cleaning service was excellent. We travelled as a family and there was little space to relax together. There was one bench that was comfortable for 2 and could fit 3 and we used the dining table for meals, but we found we retired to our beds. The condo was fine but could have been boosted with some spruce ups to the furniture, sheets and bedding (why not use the beautiful Mexican wov

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a very fine 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom property. You are overlooking and part of one of the finest family resorts in the area. The resorts pool is 2nd to none. We did have some A/C issues during our stay which I can say were dealt with asap and resolved. Some additional smaller issues were not as easy to resolve. I would recommend this property and I would rent it again but for one issue. When it is hot, and remains hot into the evening, you have no air conditioning in your common living space. So, after dinner for example, you are likely to go straight to your bedroom because you it’s too hot to sit in the common space and visit. This was a definite drawback. The ocean breeze helps, but it does not make it comfortably cool. The path from the condo to the beach could stand an upgrade, perhaps even a little night lighting. Clean up of the debris on the hill side next to the condo would also be an improvement. Don’t get me wrong, the property is beautiful, but there is room to spruce up.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely place to stay. The condo is in Tangolunda Bay. There are a few resorts there; the condo is affiliated with Camino Real Zaashilla. This means you have access to their restaurants and facilities (& beach) but still have the privacy & space of your own condo. The view is beautiful & the rooms are spacious & comfortable; the small private pool in the main room is a nice bonus. (There was some noise from the restaurant below when it was open.)The local manager, Omar, was very responsive. The area is quite safe & people are friendly.The bedrooms have AC, plenty of hot water, & good water pressure. The only toiletry provided is hand soap; there were enough towels. The main open room (which has the kitchen & the small pool) has a ceiling fan & was pleasant in the morning and evenings; it may get fairly hot & humid certain times of day or year. The kitchen was clean & well-equipped with basic appliances, serving dishes, cookware, dish towels, dishwashing soap, etc. Coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper were the only food items provided. Only a couple of small bottles of water were provided.It is very easy (& cheap) to get around by taxi. It is a 5 min walk from the condo to the road to get a taxi (or you can have the hotel send one directly to your door for a few more pesos). It's 10-15 min taxi ride to either town (Santa Cruz or La Crucecita - the large supermarkets are in La Crucecita) or beaches like Playa La Entrega or Maguey. It is very easy to arrange taxi rides or land or boat tours for other things, either on your own or through the booking company. It would be nice if a few things were provided, like a large (10L or bigger) water bottle as well as toiletries. But it was not hard to get the water or groceries once we got there. We had also hoped there would be a clothes washer; but Omar was able to arrange for some laundry to be done for us.Overall we had a wonderful time, recommend it highly and would definite

The home is new, beautiful and meticulously maintained. The kitchen is well appointed. The views are to die for!! The pool is the perfect temperature and maintained daily. The staff at Camino Real is above and beyond hospitable! The staff at Explore Huatulco were super responsive to my every need: restaurant recommendations, tour suggestions, etc. I was thrilled with every bit of this vacation. I can’t wait to go back!!

The property is brand new, to the point where we were the first family to stay in our specific condo. The view over the bay, the sound of waves crashing on the shore, and the fresh air living space provided for a very unique and enjoyable experience. In addition, the property had full access to the Camino Real Zaashila resort and beach which allowed us lots of R&R without having to travel to find a beautiful beach somewhere else. I would highly recommend this residence for a future stay.
