Stayed Sep 13, 2025The staff and guests were very lovely and condo is perfectly situated on the beach with fantastic views and close to restaurants and activities. It was nice to be in a smaller complex instead of a giant high rise. Areas that could be improved is neither of the sliding glass doors locked, the cooking pans could be upgraded as everything liked to stick (even using cooking spray), knives were dull, and AC could be upgraded. The downstairs was always hot. We would close all the drapes during the day and turn up the A/C temp to keep it from working so hard. We loved the beach chair service and found the booking staff to be very friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025The condo was very nice. I was under the impression it came with 2 beach chairs, we did find some in the closet that were rusty and broken. We ended up renting them from the office. The view was very awesome. The pool needed some shade areas.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025We absolutely loved staying at the Seafarer! The only prob we had was the TV upstairs was going out so you couldn’t see the screen well. But otherwise great place to stay.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025The condo was a great find it’s right on the water with an umbrella and four chairs provided the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked. The building is two stories thus very accessible and the elevator wait was negligible overall I highly recommended and will consider it for a repeat visit

Stayed May 30, 2025THis place is exactly what we like. Small complex on the beach with lots of space and private suite upstairs. Very nicely renovated with 2 balconies and a terrace. It is in Destin Proper and you don't have rows of people and umbrellas. It felt like we have the beach to ourselves. Will def come back!

Stayed Sep 22, 2024The condo was very clean and comfortable for our group of four adults. The two balconies facing the ocean were wonderful. Beach access is quick and easy. We were there in late September and compared to other condos neighboring this one the beach was spacious and not crowded. The two supplied beach chairs and umbrella worked great for us. We will definitely consider this condo for future trips. The only minor issues were only one kitchen towel, and having to power cycle the wireless router almost daily. We most definitely enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024The proximity to the beach was perfect. It only took us about 3 minutes to go from the room to the water. The unit was immaculate when we checked in. Very clean and comfortable unit to stay in. The condo looked exactly the way it does in the photos. Comfortable bed and a very large and spacious master bedroom and bathroom. We really like the finishes they chose when it was remolded. Both rooms have king sized beds. Two balconies as well! We used both frequently. Great views of the beach and water from both. There is also another outdoor patio area that overlooks the street. The staff at the budling itself were friendly and helpful. It's really close to everything you need. There is a Wal-Mart right down the street and the harbor walk is only 8 minutes away. The owners communicated with us via text and email after we booked and sent very clear instructions on check in and check out procedures which were a piece of cake. The overall experience was the best we've had since we have been coming to Destin for over 15 years. We will definitely return next year!
