2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms Condo at OIB

Inaccurate information; Online listed a queen and a twin bed in each room, but only 1 room had a twin bed. Also, the week before our arrival I received an email from the owner advising that we need to bring our own linens (sheets and towels) but that wasn’t stated online. The washing machine and porch light wasn’t working. Notified the owner and although he was sympathetic, he was unable to get either one repaired during the week of our stay, and would not offer us any compensation for the inconvenience of not having a working washing machine, unless I gave him a 5-star review across-the-board. Pretty messed up, but I couldn’t in good conscience give a false review. Aside for these issues, the unit was located in a nice area, with lovely neighbors, and the view to the canal was beautiful.

We enjoyed our week long stay in this conveniently located, clean, nicely furnished, two bedroom condo. Getting to the beach couldn’t be easier, as the beach access is a short walk straight down the driveway leading into the property. The furnishings are comfortable and the unit is nicely decorated and very clean. The deck has a nice view of the sound. This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy a beach vacation.

Very friendly property owner. He was very easy to communicate with! Property was great! Great location too!

Clean and as described. Communication with the owner was great before and during stay. We stored our bikes and beach stuff under the building. Like most beach properties, the entire place is built on stilts, so cars can park underneath. Thanks for helping give us a great week.

This size condo was perfect for our small family. Would also be great for 2 couples. Well stocked with appliances, Beautiful ! view from back balcony, nice pool, short walk to beach contributed to our lovely vacation!
