2 Bed/2 Bath Oceanfront condo sleeps 6. Oceanfront deck and pool.

Says it sleeps six but very small for six people. Back door didn’t lock at all and was damaged - no iron no paper towels. Old and needs updating. Toilet didn’t flush well. Loved the beach access, water hose and grocery carts for unloading and loading. Property has Great location but this unit really needs updating.

Lucky we had good weather because being inside the unit was unpleasant. Unit was filthy...dirty floors, bathrooms and dishes/cooking utensils. Air conditioning was not in working order...and we were told that no attention could be given to that issue because it was the weekend. It is not well-supplied for a beach stay...no chairs or beach-towels. Pool is small and right by the road. Neighbors across the way had yapping dogs. Tv remote did not work and information about area activities was dated 2009. Ocean, however, is outside and is beautiful to watch from the balcony.

The property was amazing..the bathrooms weren't the cleanest (floors...around bath tub and shower)..but we had everything we needed!.Property manager was amazing!, overall was a great experience!..would stay again.

Wonderful location! First timer @ Amelia. Bedroom beds very comfy, hide-a-bed not so much. Pictures posted on line make unit appear larger than it is but sufficient for 6 people. Hair dryer is available in this unit. Shopping carts available to bring items from vehicle to unit (brilliant idea!). Can't wait to return.

Bathrooms kitchen need deep cleaning or makeover. Lots of dirty chalking in bathrooms. Shower tub slider rusting/dirty. Part o microwave taped together. Master tv not working. Reported nothing done

Location & view are beautiful! Place was clean but tired! The bedding needs to be replaced! And the closets cleaned out so guests have a place to put their stuff. The bedrooms are very tight & you need the closet space for your things. Over all we had a nice time.

Condo was as advertised. About a 5 minute walk till your toes are in the ocean. Shower stall could have been cleaner. Would stay here again.

Great location only minutes from anything on the island. Sun rise on the beach is lovely. Silly thing there are shopping carts to take your packages from your car to the condo, such a nice amenity! Location is quiet and well maintained. We'd definitely stay again.

This property is right on the beach with a beautiful view. The property manager was very accommodating and easy to work with.

The condo was nice and the location was great. Loved being able to look out at the beach and just enjoy. Not far from the downtown area.
