The condos are good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, andsmall groups of friends. The Condo is one of the best values in New Orleans and a hidden gem. Located one block from French Quarter and 3 blocks from Bourbon Street; You are in walking distance to the Superdome or a quick 5 minute car ride. It's the perfect place to stay if want to be by all of the action.
The condo consists of 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, and living room. There is a 52 inch television in the living room. The rooms feature a dresser with mirror, memory foam mattresses, 32 inch Fire tvs, spacious closets, and each room has a window unit for your desired temperature. We take no shortcuts when it comes to our guests who we want to have a nice place to stay while joining the festivities of New Orleans!
Don't be fooled by a lot of other places that advertise that aren't even close to the French Quarter or the festivities. The Big Easy condo is in the middle of it all. The condo also has (Limited) off-street parking upon request when booking and the living area is gated. Full size stove, fridge, Silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, towels, etc. The condo can comfortably sleep 4 guests. ✅✅Very important✅✅ - we require a 2 night minimum on all weekend stays (Friday & Saturday) unless approved PRIOR to booking; a 5 night minimum during Mardi Gras - 2/13/26 til 2/18/26. Jazz fest requires a 4 night minimum. Halloween & New Years both require a 4 night minimum. Please check you are booking the required number of days or your reservation will be cancelled.✅✅.

    This property is right outside the French Quarter, so a great location. The accommodations are simple, but adequate. It is an older property, so keep that in mind, but clean, quiet, and safe. For the two nights we were there, this property was just fine. Good communication with the property manager.

    This little place was perfect for my daughter and me. We take an annual trip each year but had never been to New Orleans together. This place was exactly what we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. We liked that it was easily walkable to Bourbon Street. The owner, Jodi, was so nice and communication was fantastic.

    The property was older however it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner was vey helpful and atrwnrive. It was a short walk to the French Quarters.
