Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at the Sandpiper, and we will be back! However, we are unlikely to choose 4A again unless there are no other units available. The unit is very dated, carpet feels dirty, and kitchen is lacking in items that are found in other units (e.g. wine classes, serving bowls). The oven doesn't cook uniformly, and the washer and dryer had issues while we were there.

Had everything we needed,was clean,and comfortable. The staff at Bender was awesome to work with! Easiest booking ever!

Stayed Apr 1, 2023Very good stay. Outside of property immaculate, but condo in bathrooms could have been cleaner on the floor. Looked like under bath room benches no one swept. Also towels could have been nicer. The kitchen was fully stocked and was great to eat in. Living area and pull out sofa comfortable.

Talk to to young lady on site who was the person who check the rooms after they after they were clean and she said she would get us in first thing and it did not happen that was a disappointment. The pool did not not seam to be clean daily a lot oil standing and dead bugs. Our TV did turn. Had to call to see how they work.

The beach right out the door. Plenty of parking. The condo has everything that we needed.
