Great location right across from the pier. This condo has a new owner and will be updated more in the fall, but for now they have all new LED lightbulbs, new lamps, new bedding, along with new art work. This condo is perfectly suited for someone who wants direct access to the grounds. It is perfectly situated with easy access to the grill area and the pier. This condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer, cable T.V., and Wi Fi. There is also a new refrigerator, and new mattresses in the unit. There is a King bed in the Master, 2 full size beds in the guest room, and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room.

The patio has an outdoor table set with 4 chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the sunrise. This condo at Amelia by the Sea has direct oceanfront views and access from your private patio.

Occupants have access to a private 800 ft fishing pier (NO FISHING LICENSE REQUIRED) and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. The complex also has a community grill area, tennis courts, and is a gated complex for extra security. The open parking area allows for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

No work will take place on weekends

    What an amazing location!!! The unit is perfectly situation near the pool and beach access. The only thing that needs improvement is the parking lot. There isn't enough spots per unit. We had a great time! We would definitely stay here again.

    So the good things about this unit are the master bed is very comfortable and a it's great first floor unit. With easy access to the beach. The pictures are very misleading so renter beiware what you see is not what you get. The table on the patio had all chipped paint. The master bedroom had no furniture in it besides the bed and so no place to unpack your clothes for the week. Since it is hard to hang up swim suits, undies and shorts, here was only a closet. The paint was terrible on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Nails poking out and door front hanging in bathroom cabinet. In general the unit was very worn out and run down. I just think this is a good thing to know going in. The kitchen counter bar seemed like it would have broken off if you leaned on it- so of course we didn't sit at the bar stools at all. The fridge had rust in the outside of the door and some mismatched appliance paint ( clean inside) but just generals appearance was very run down. Also the curtains that cover the sliding glass patio doors from master bedroom do not cover the doors fully so you don't have full privacy when changing in the bedroom. Finally it looked like the armoir was getting a homemade paint job while we were there - it was just a primed and there were no knobs on it so the only way to open it was to pry open the cabinet with a spatula from the ktichen which was necessary becuase that was where the modem was kept and we needed to get on the wifi. The tv is also in that cabinet . As far as house keeping it was generally clean minus all he disrepair but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived which was gross and we didn't know it until we went to load the dishwasher after dinner. So hopefully the owner and management can work together to get this nicely located unit back in shape and suitable for renter . At a minimum they should update the pictures online in the meantime so renters know wheat they are paying for -
