1st Floor & No Steps by Vanderbilt, Belmont & Food

The unit was very convenient/walkable to Belmont, restaurants, and shopping. It was spacious, clean, and has everything you need for your stay.

I loved that room and the area surrounding it. Highly recommend that property 👍

The location was convenient. The unit was clean and roomy enough for 4 people. The dishwasher didn’t work and the toilet ran. The host was responsive when these concerns were shared.

Nice Place and Great Location for us

Host was very friendly, communicative, and responsive. Her place was the perfect location, literally across the street from Belmont and a short walk to restaurants, shops and coffee shops. Her place was comfortable and well appointed with what we needed. Would stay again.

The location is amazing! Two blocks to Vanderbilt campus, same to Belmont and cute boutiques, as well as Pancake. Pantry. Walkable or short Uber ride to Broadway. It was great!

My friends and I came for a show at the First Center. We were able to walk the 2-3 blocks to a bunch of restaurants, both dinner and breakfast. We could have walked to the First Center (less than 1 mile) but drove to due chance of rain. The apartment was in the perfect location! The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed and more.

We live in southern Kentucky and my mother had an early morning appointment at Vanderbilt Clinic. We stayed one night in this lovely property. Finding it was easy and the parking and accessibly for my mother, who uses a walker, was amazing. The property was clean and quiet even though it is on a busy street. Would stay again without hesitation.

Excellent location! Super clean and perfect for our stay. It is a quiet place and it's a 6-minute walk to the Pancake Pantry (our favorite place to have breakfast). The communication with the host was exceptional! We are very happy and when we come back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came to Nashville to visit a college campus with our son. This property is clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. It's easy to walk to Belmont University, as well as to nearby shops and restaurants. Vanderbilt University is also nearby. Both bedrooms have good mattresses, the kitchen is convenient, and it's great having two bathrooms. Communication with the host was timely, friendly and helpful. Excellent stay!

First time in Nashville great area great host, will definitely stay there again!

We were in town for a couple of days, nd this was the perfect place for us. I loved that the parking lot was a bit secluded and made us feel safe. The condo was super cute with updated furniture and appliances. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Very safe, right down the road from Vandy and Bellmount and super close to restaurants. Check out was a breeze! We will certainly stay here again!

Condo was very clean, in a nice & convenient location to all the sites in Nashville. Directions were clear and easy to get there & gain entrance.

The property was a perfect for a girls trip. Loved the location and how it was walking distance from a cute area with restaurants and shops. We could sometimes hear the people walking upstairs, but wasn’t a problem at all. The place showed a bit of wear, which is probably normal for a rental property,

Short music business trip with our son. This property was a great choice! Safe walkable area,clean & nicely decorated rental with comfortable beds. The perfect location within walking distance of restaurants & shopping. Close to downtown secure parking provided on property was a big plus! The host also gets 5 stars! She was awesome. Everything turned out wonderful, but the only thing that challenged me was the dishwasher. It wouldn’t close and therefore I couldn’t wash the dishes. But I believe you have a great idea there…

This condo was in great location and had good space. Outdoor parking included. Only complaint was the cleanliness- it’s in need of a deep clean. The host was very responsive and helpful and I shared this feedback directly so thinking it will be taken care of. I would recommend the rental.

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls weekend with 2 other friends. The place was clean and nicely decorated, the host was responsive, and the location was safe and only a short walk to restaurants and a grocery store. We were only a short Uber drive from downtown. There is some road noise, but the host nicely provided sound machines for the bedrooms. Highly recommend!!

Our first visit and stay in Nashville! Glad we found this super cute, comfortable, clean rental. It was the perfect location on the fringe of all that is Nashville. Just minutes to explore 12 South area, Midtown, and Broadway. Ideal set up for four guests, very cozy yet plenty of space, including all the basic necessities. Private complex parking is also convenient if you have a car. Absolutely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, and the property was in a great location. Right across from Belmont University, which is beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants was nice too!
